Color has the power to create strong emotional reactions, impulse purchases, and brand recognition. Color is one of the key factors in buying decisions, so choosing the correct colors is an important step in the creation of any product. I work with clients to design seasonal color palettes based on brand image, market indicators, and upcoming trends. I have created palettes for products ranging from outerwear to sportswear, footwear to accessories, home goods to pet products.
Knowing how to apply color is just as important as choosing the right color. Certain color combinations, applications, and finishes will appeal to unique customers. Based on the client’s target customer, I provide color usage suggestions and create color combinations that can range from safe, conservative colorways to fashionable, progressive combinations.
